About

What is the Deep Dive?

Growth is hard. Creating a resilient organisation that creates sustainable value is really hard.

A two-day event experience aimed specifically at senior leaders, The Deep Dive will be held on Thursday 22 – Friday 23 March 2018 at the stunning and unique Q Station, Manly. The event will comprise a full day featuring in-depth discussions and sharing between no more than 80 delegates, followed by a day of selected workshops where attendees hone in on their learnings in even smaller, intimate groups.

The Deep Dive is about moving beyond what you already know, and providing the right mix of ingredients to allow real discovery and exploration. Get amongst other leaders from R&D organisations, startups, and the big end of town, and drill down into topics around learning and growth in partnership with The Deep Dive’s speakers – drawn from all over the globe. Prepare to be challenged by working alongside familiar and strange bedfellows in an intimate, confidential space designed for sharing and development.

Why is The Deep Dive different?

Locale

Situated in the bushland of Sydney Harbour National Park, whilst only 30 minutes from Sydney CBD, The Deep Dive will take place in a stunning harbourside location that gets you out of everyday patterns and kick-starts a change in mindset.

Immersive Experience

Restricted to a maximum of 80 guests, The Deep Dive is all-inclusive – your registration comprises two days of learning, meals, luxurious accommodation, and events designed to enable you to network, rethink your ways of learning and leading, and equipping you with tools to take back to your organisation.

Global Expertise

You don’t just listen at The Deep Dive. You share, engage with, and dialogue with an impressive line-up of speakers drawn from across the globe to share their insights in a deliberately intimate and interactive forum. After a first day of sessions, you will have a choice of workshops on day two to further propel your learning.
