The pack will contain your registration and accommodation details, as well as pre-reading for the sessions. You will receive these prior to the event.

No, as long as you have your registration number on hand, just head to the registration desk at the event on arrival and we’ll be waiting with your nametag 🙂

No problem. Please drop us an email on team@thedeepdive.com.au or give our friendly staff a call on 03 9663 3093 with the details of who will be replacing you and we’ll look after it from there.

Give written notice to accounts@teamslatts.com.au prior to Friday 22 February 2019, and we’ll happily issue a refund for any cancellation of single tickets.

Please note, all refunds will incur a AUD50 administration fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For full T&C’s click here »

You can make updates to your registration by following the personalised link provided in your confirmation email. If your confirmation email is lost in the void, don’t worry! Contact our team at team@thedeepdive.com.au with your updates and we can look after it for you.

The Deep Dive takes place at The Deck at Circa, located at The Prince Hotel in St Kilda, Melbourne. Serving up unpretentious luxury from its seaside location since 1863, The Prince Hotel is an icon, an institution, and a place to reflect and learn. Be immersed in the sea breeze whilst overlooking the famous Fitzroy Street and shimmering waters of Port Phillip Bay.

If you require parking, please contact the Slatterys team on 03 9663 3093 or at team@thedeepdive.com.au and we will organise this on your behalf.

To get to the onsite car park, enter via Jackson Street, located at the rear of The Prince Hotel. The car park operates 24 hours.

Check in is at The Prince Hotel* from 3:00pm. You will be greeted upon arrival in the foyer at the Prince and can leave your luggage at reception. Your bags will be delivered to your room and your keys will be given to you during afternoon tea.

When checking out, feel free to leave your luggage in your room and it will be taken up to reception for you to grab as you leave. The check out time is a respectable 10am.

Due to the nature of the event, we’ve arranged for all attendees to stay on site. All accommodation and meal costs have already been included in your ticket price.

To get as much as you can out of the The Deep Dive, we encourage attendees to completely immerse themselves in the program. This is a chance to remove yourself from everyday distractions, be fully present in the conversations, and take a break from your usual routine. Enjoy your mini getaway with us!

Internet is included in the hotel rooms and throughout The Deep Dive venue. During the sessions, however, we will not need connectivity; especially as we are adhering to Chatham House Rules (no social media sharing, please!). If you need to use your mobile or computer, we kindly ask that you do so outside/away from the plenary space.

We promise you won’t go hungry! All meals are provided including Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea, plus Dinner on day 1 and Breakfast on day 2.

We will ensure there is tea, coffee and snacks in your rooms. If there’s anything else you may like please ask us!

If you require anything specific for your stay during The Deep Dive, please email team@thedeepdive.com.au so that we can accommodate your needs.

There will be plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free food available at breaks and lunch, but if you wish for us to cater for any specific dietary requirements, or have any other needs we should be aware of, please let us know early at team@thedeepdive.com.au.

Yes. All Slatterys events (and partner events) are subject to the Slatterys’ Community Charter ». Please check it out for guidance on what kind of environments and values are nurtured at our events.

At The Deep Dive 2019, there may be photos captured. All discussions on the day however are conducted under Chatham House Rule.

The general dress code for The Deep Dive 2019 is smart casual.
