About

What is The Deep Dive?

To lead the way in uncharted waters, you can’t rely on riding someone else’s wave. Dive deeper than the surface, armed with a strategy that keeps you moving forward in the face of volatile and uncertain conditions.

Held over 26 and 27 March 2019 in St Kilda, The Deep Dive is an all-inclusive leadership experience, inviting attendees to rethink strategy in the 21st century. With Chatham House rules and no fixed agenda, it’s a forum for ideas that run against the current. Now in its third year, The Deep Dive discusses how to create organisational strategies for resilience and success.

Featuring leaders Dave Snowden and Simon Wardley plus a select group of contributors with extensive senior leadership experience, The Deep Dive delves into how best to create responsive strategies for VUCA environments.

Day One of The Deep Dive will feature a single stream of sharing and discussion with leaders and attendees all gathered together in the same room. Day Two allows you to dive even deeper into the topics most relevant to you and your organisation; offering intensive workshops with a leader of your choice.

Over both days, you’ll connect with leaders representing a range of experiences and backgrounds, giving you unique insight into how other industries are dealing with rapid change and how you can learn from what they’re doing.

The Deep Dive 2019 is graciously sponsored by Elabor8.
